Upper Primary with Lower Primary attached (KER Chapter 23)
How it works: The system automatically determines if separate full‑time posts are possible:
Yes (Clause ii) if both sections have ≥25 periods; otherwise No (Clause iii).
First, full‑time posts are sanctioned @ 1 per 25 periods. Leftovers (or combined totals) then decide additional posts.
If a section already has a full‑time post, any extra post will also be full‑time (no part‑time for that section).
